Then when I told them they had only made milkshakes and not thick shakes like they said. I was then told to F' OFF cause they had overcharged me with their mistake. My mother who was waiting outside couldn't believe the offensive language and said one customer even turn round at entrance after they saw them swearing at me and decided they were no longer going in.
